For the first time in LVMPD history, more than 400 leaders representing every leadership level of the organization will come together for a two-day convention focused on strengthening leadership across the department. Â
This event will set the direction for the next chapter of leadership at LVMPD as the Sheriff and his executive team open a candid conversation about how we lead, support our people, and move forward together.

Attendance Information
Attendance should be incorporated into regular work schedules, as staffing allows. Those scheduled off are encouraged to coordinate a shift adjustment or comp time through their chain of command.

MetroCon is offered at no cost to LVMPD employees.

Registration is required, and attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.

Breakfast, a morning break, lunch, and an afternoon break will be provided each day.

Attire is dressy casual, consistent with typical classroom training.
